DID rotation support

Short Description

I would like to propose & contribute support for DID rotation as described here to enable either completely switching to a new DID Prism or even new DID method.

Value statement

DID rotation unlocks the following:

• Rotation of keys (either routine or compromise)
• Rotation from a public known DID to a new one, e.g., One party could publicly advertise a DID to establish the initial connection and then rotate to an individual and private new DID..
• Switching to another DID method (this would come handy also when/if other DID methods will start to get supported)
