I have a situation where a client wants to create a relationship that is not a post-to-post relationship for two sites On one site they have a Page and on the other site they have a taxonomy term and they want these two items to be related.
So what is my request?
Perhaps a way to enter a custom URL for the relationship would work?
We do not use the editor for editing posts on the other site anyway. The reason for this is that all of the content is controlled through custom fields created with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). Editing the content in the editors you supply would be useless and is probably just as useless for anyone not using the standard WP editor for content on a page.
Thanks for considering this.
