Something wrong when using topsApp.py to geocode a new file

hello everyone,
I used the ungeo file with Arcgis pro to do principal components and exported the data file.
Then I used gdal2isce_xml.py to change it to ISCE format.
After that, I put it in the goecode list in topsApp.xml and in geocode list in InsarProc.py, did the geocode.


However,I got the geo file ,but it showed " the rasterYsize=-1".

I don't know which step I miss or do something wrong.Can anyone help me ?
