Preconditions

1. The admin should be Голова Станиці.
2. When registering, a new user chose Станицю headed by our admin.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the site https://eplastprd.westeurope.cloudapp.azure.com/signin
2. Verify, that you logged out from your profile (Профіль Голови Станиці).
3. Go to the email (Голови Станиці).
4. Open an email about a new member who wants to join your Станиця.
5. Click on the link in the email.
6. Verify if the website page has opened.

Actual result
A blank page appears by clicking a link from the email about a new member of Станиця, if the head of Станиця has logged out from his profile on site.

Expected result
After clicking on the link from the email about a new member of Станиця, a page for logging into the site will open. (In case, that Голова Станиці logged out from his profile on the site).
