Requirements (list not sorted yet):

The server must provide the playlists
The playlist files (m3u) are located in a defined folder (fixed by position or by parameter)
Playlists are always relative to the mp3 folder so that they work in players without any modification (WMP on external USB drive)
When the server (or a tool) starts it checks for the files and fixes them if possible
Files can be added to existing playlists easily
Create playlist from query
