Add an Update command for playlists

The idea is to add a command to the bot so that when a playlist is updated with more songs (or some are removed), it will automatically load them. So you are playing a playlist, then add some songs to it, type update playlist (name of the playlist) and the bot will automatically scan the list and apply the changes on the go.
