ESLint failing on fresh package

Current Behavior

On a new package with no changes when running Lint:

yarn lint                                                  (base) 1288ms
yarn run v1.22.21
$ tsdx lint
Defaulting to "tsdx lint src test" 
You can override this in the package.json scripts, like "lint": "tsdx lint src otherDir"
