Why sleep when you can attempt (& fail) to troubleshoot dnscrypt-proxy, replace it with the repo version, fail at that too, try cloudflared which also fails, & then finally set up Unbound, which actually works?

Unbound on the Dell OptiPlex 390 SFF Unit 2, folks.
