Hello!

I'm trying to use jenkins x with a local helm chart, but the pipeline refuses to runs and fails with the following error

error: failed to add repository: failed to run 'helm repo add 0 file://../../lib/project-component' command in directory 'charts/project', output: 'Error: could not find protocol handler for: file'
