Docker: Logstash, Kibana, Elasticsearch Stack

Build this after cloning the project (Assuming Docker and docker-compose installed).

cd /path/to/repo/docker-logs-kibana-elasticsearch
docker-compose -f docker-compose.yml up --build -d
# wait for it to build...

PWD

Test it with Play with Docker!
