Bulma should be downloaded as a dependency #18

Once Nexus supports project dependencies, remove Bulma from the Nexus source and have it downloaded by the Nexus CLI as a dependency. It is used for the built-in user auth pages. If those are not used, then it should be possible to remove Bulma as a dependency.
