JSON.decode errors

Hi All,

Ever since discogs changed the API to take out sub_track info .. and the subsequent reversal of that, I've been getting a lot of the following error

json.decoder.JSONDecodeError: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)

If I immediately remove the most recent addition and re run my script, (import my library to a self hosted database) it passes that same section with no issues.

The error doesn't happen at the same place, or the same endpoint with any reliability, which makes me wonder if there can be anything added within the code to check the validity of the JSON and if it is incorrect, re-submit the request automatically once, and if it is once again invalid, then throw an error

Update: this seems to be happening more on Series fetch than anything else, although its not an overwhelming majority
