能否自动跳过已下载过的同名文件？ #72

docker运行时有时候会没速度，需要删掉当前下载任务重新下载。批量下载时候就比较麻烦，同名文件会自动更名重新下载，导致空间浪费并且也浪费时间，希望能够增加一个设置，可以选择跳过同名文件，多谢
