Twitch Bits won't load ad. Stuck on "Loading Your Experience..."

I have tried to watch ads for bits on 3 different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and IE). And I tried all of those without any kind of ad block enabled. On two of those browsers ad block was never installed. When I click Watch Ad, it goes to the gray "Loading Your Experience..." screen with the loading pie chart. The pie loads up to different levels each time, but stays the same amount and does not continue to load. I even left the window up for 1 hour once to see if it would load - it did not.
