Stop and Pause Agent Workflows

We aim to introduce the ability to stop and pause workflows within AgenticJS, providing users with greater control over their agents' activities. This feature will allow users to temporarily halt operations, making adjustments or reviews, and then resume or completely stop the workflow as needed.

Problem to Solve:
Currently, once a workflow is initiated, it runs to completion without the option for intervention. This can be limiting in dynamic environments where adjustments may be necessary based on changing conditions or new information.
