Seeing spellcasters be listed as a level 0 spellcaster by default #74

For example, Acererak is listed as a level 0 spellcaster in Tomb of Annihilation after converting. Same with Mr Fox and really any spellcaster in Tomb of Annihilation that I'm opening.

This means that their # of available spell slots is messed up.
