CDC is a web-app created as a part of SOEN 6841 coursework. This project acts as a portal catering a faster access to the medical system for patients, nurses and doctors. The portal provides a patient with the capability to take a self assessment test and get it reviewed by a nurse or a doctor. Also the health-care professionals could schedule an appointment with the patient accordingly. The portal also allows the admin to view reports about the analytics of the system.
Tech stack- ReactJs, Express, MongoDB, NodeJs
