In talking to the WSC+I Swampy Cree (csw) community:

missing WAA and WII

The language community has requested access to these chars:

• waa ᐚ
• wii ᐑ

These sequences are rare but could occur. Need to think about how to generate them.
wi+i ᐏᐃ
wa+a ᐘᐊ

Missing small r

ᕒ is in the keyboard. Community wants instead:

• 1551 ᕑ CANADIAN SYLLABICS WEST-CREE R:
• User trying to write "ᒉᕑᐅᑫᐩ" but it came out as "ᒉᕒᐅᑫᐩ"

Extraneous KWA

• ᑿ (kwa) is NOT used in Swampy Cree.
• User was trying to type "ᐯᔭᐠᐚᐱᐢᐠ"
• The ᔭᐠ (ya k) + ᐘ (wa) PULLED THIS CHARACTER: ᑿ (kwa)

Even if kwa were used, there's no way to retain the 'k' without combining with 'wa'. But for csw, please remove kwa.
