bug(khmer_angkor): ស្រ៊ី generates beep when pressing / key

Typing ស្រ៊ី (s j r / I) causes a beep when / is pressed, but this is a valid sequence so it should not.

This happens because the rule has amounted for the consonant right before the shifter. When the consonant and the shifter are of the same series, you'll get the beep. The rules should be expanded to cover clusters as well.
