What is the issue?

Change the usage of github-action-markdown-link-check for linkspector for Markdown links check since the former isn't supported anymore by the author, and the latter has better performance (less false positive).

The action we use is still working, but from what the author said, it may not be as robust as it should, especially compared to his new action...
