Sipeed Lichepi4a console support work in progress

As it just arrived a day ago I didn't get around to do the full bring up yet. Adding a simple mkarchroot and flash root using fastboot got me pretty far.

Imports needed from the Sipeed provided Debian based image are stil the kernel modules, firmware and some mesa bits.

Here we go!
