auto reset sound driver when sound driver is lost

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
i often have issues that cause my element set up to get reset, such as when certain applications open, or when i unplug and then replug my yeti microphone. the solution i'm currently using to fix the situation when that happens is to go to element manually with the mouse, then change the buffer size to make the audio driver get initialized again. as i'm using element as the preprocessor for my voice input which i used to control my computer, this means i have to get my mouse out. not the end of the world, but it'd be nice if i didn't have to.

Describe the solution you'd like
i would ideally like it if element could autodetect that the driver has failed and it's not getting any input, and try to reconnect to the input driver. thoughts on how difficult this would be?

Not sure how difficult it'd be to support all devices. Should be able to make the system a little smarter in a general sense though. Thanks for the request!
