Use getRouteKey() instead of getKey() on Verification URL

When creating a new verification URL, I think the method used should be $notifiable->getRouteKey() instead of $notifiable->getKey().

That way, if you use a trait for hashing the ids on routes like use HasHashid, HashidRouting;, then the id would also be hashed on the email verification url.

The EmailVerificationRequest would also need to change to:

if (! hash_equals((string) $this->user()->getRouteKey(), (string) $this->route('id'))) {
    return false;
}
