[RFC] Remove custom paths from Leaf MVC

Leaf MVC inherited Leaf's goals of allowing you completely customize the framework to match any requirements you may have, and this includes the folder structure. While this was an earlier requirement, we have established a common structure that works for lots of use cases. This change won't break serving your Leaf MVC from the root directory, however, you won't be able to completely re-order your directories anymore.
