Bug: Error when trying to migrate large files #286

When I try to migrate a large file (7.5MB, ~7,000 lines) I get the following error:

Object cannot be cast from DBNull to other types. Sql query: SELECT RELEASE_LOCK('Evolve'); Object cannot be cast from DBNull to other types.

The table is not locked at that time, and when I split the file into several smaller files with roughly 1,000 lines the migration runs.

Edit: This appears to be on the Windows version only.
