Address validation API feature

The address validation API from the places section is not currently implemented and would be a nice addition to the client to verify the validity of an address before saving it or passing it to other API endpoints.

This looks like it would be very useful and it doesn't look difficult to add. Unfortunately I'm very busy right now. It could be a month or more before I could add it.

I will respond to this issue when its completed but it could be a bit of a wait

I might be able to write an implementation and open a pull request for the feature in a couple of weeks if that's fine
