Is there a executable available please? I tried to run this in IntelliJ but kept getting errors

Sorry I'm not really an avid github user, I just was looking for a way to make some Runescape MIDIs and came across this - I did try loading the project into IntelliJ and running it but I kept getting errors so I was wondering if a portable .exe was available please?
