Remove the confirmation when adding an app

There is duplicate confirmation when adding an app via the gallery. when you add the app the add button changes to added and there is a popup at the top. The popup needs to go

Our original preference was to remove the button change to Added since a user can technically add an app multiple times. Keeping the confirmation at the top of the page woudl be consistent with how all other feedback in the system is working.

Either way, I think there are pros and cons to both.
The feedback in the system is consistent, but I also feel unnecessary in some cases.
