Make improvements to the unsaved changes box on the employee profile

When leaving a profile and has unsaved changes, the dialog box is an OK-Cancel dialog box. Clicking cancel continues the navigation away, and looses changes. My expectation is that it would cancel the navigation away. Alternatively, the dialog box could be changed to a Yes-No dialog box. If it were an Yes-No dialog box, the behavior exhibited is what I would expect. I believe the properly behaving OK-Cancel dialog is best.
