[WhatsApp] Message are not sent in private chats in v0.5.19 beta (haven't tried in groups)

I just installed v0.5.19 beta and I had no problem with SMS verification. But the messages that I send won't arrive. I only get one green tick. Even if the other contact gets online after I sent the message.

UPDATE: It looks like some contacts receive the message but I don't get two green ticks or 2 blue ticks. And when I receive the response I can't see what they replied because I get "DECRYPT ERROR".
In other private chat it looks like they can't see what I typed and they get some kind of error or "loading message" type of thing. And the single green tick still remains.

Same for me, too. I also just installed v0.5.19 beta. Note that recipients can see the "Typing..." rectangle, but they don't receive the message. I can confirm that the issue also exists for groups, too
