whatsapp cant send images or video

Hi. . Please i can't find where to download an updated version of Loqui Im... Cause the one I get in the Marketplace is outdated and doesn't send Group messages, audio and videos... And each time there are decrpyte errors for some messages i receive from groups or in private discussions! !
Being a new member on Github
-i don't know how to use and install the releases provided in this plateform
-i don't know how and where to use the codes. ...
