Unable to display language statistics for one specific organization

I tried to generate my most used languages by setting repositories_affiliations: organization_member. I am affiliated with two organizations, but I tried to ignore one of them by setting repositories_skipped pattern: inpageedit/*. I expect to see statistics associated with another organization LLWiki, but the output does not include any details:

I have also tried it when including the other organization inpageedit, and then the result appears to be fine:

I found a workaround by setting plugin_languages_indepth_custom.
