Is there a way to open the program armed already?

Hi, thanks for your question!

Yes, using the command line interface you should be able to start the program and enable arming using a single command.

Let me know if that answers your question and if you need help after that.

Hi and thanks for the speedy response!
I have tried that and I get the error that you posted; something about the service location provider not being set. But the window disappears pretty quick.
I'm using your program so I can use the controls on my arcade machine (keys using an I-pac) for fighting games on steam that require a controller. It works absolutely brilliantly, although I have had a couple of instances where it gets stuck on Street Fighter 6, almost like it doesn't register a key release.
I downloaded the lastest binary: version 0.7.0-alpha.3bfa3ba362.
is there an older version where the command line version works with the enable and disable command?
Thankyou
Frank

Sorry for pointing you in the direction of broken code. There is an older version which may work a lot better, I recommend trying 0.6.0.

All the newer 0.7.0 versions are quite bugged sadly and I haven't found the time to work on it. I hope 0.6.0 works for your situation.

Cool that you're using it for an arcade machine! Sound like a fun way to use this project :) It's actually the reason the command line functionality was added, since #28 requested that for an arcade machine too!

And the not registering releases of keys might be a 0.7.0 problem (I hope it is). It's something I haven't been able to reproduce on command yet. I feel it's similar to #61
