What should we change and why?

Pending some kind of approval process for when devices arrive, we should automate sending of receipts for devices. This is dependant on #135.

Use google docs/email to create receipts based on the template below (we already have this in google docs)
Once a laptop has arrived, use Zapier or other automation to trigger automation

Because of permissions and privacy concerns, this may need to be done by either @pydanny or @audreyfeldroy.
