I want to improve the way I'm handling configuration for the scrobbler.

Remove the .config/mpris-scrobbler.ini file. See a69f480.
Move the enabling/disabling of services in the credentials file.
Add mpris-scrobbler-signon functionality for enabling/disabling services. See d0f0776.
Add support for adding manually the API token in mpris-scrobbler-signon. See 138301f.
