Get rid off the Tibber App?

I really like this integration - thanks!

My issue: I don't use Tibber as an energy provider. I just got my hands on a pulse and find it handy due to the battery powered sensor.

• Is there any way of getting rid of the Tibber App and sending data to Tibber while still having the bridge and pulse working?

well, I guess you could block the communication to the Internet for your device (eg. using a FritzBox).
Not sure if this will impact on the device's functionality - and obviously will prevent updates to the device, though.

First, do everything described in the README.
If you are using the tibber app, just remove the bridge afterwards (not the pulse ir, you should also have the bridge there). This will leave the sensor connected with the bridge.

If you don't want to use the tibber app to setup head over to the webinterface -> nodes -> enable pairing - the IR sensor should pair
