My test comparison was actually between two versions of our project template (since Autodesk's Model Compare gives many false positives), but it seems that Metamorphosis is only focused on model changes, so it missed a new Level type and Object Styles subcategory (though it caught the change to the type of the level being used, and a new Material). It would be nice if it would compare as many standards/settings as possible (maybe with a filter to ignore unassigned types, to keep it clean when just comparing client models). I know there are some settings (like Line Weights) which aren't visible to the API, but Level Types, etc. would be nice to see.
