Rotation, is based on how a family is modeled about it location. so, this would not be a rotational change, but a change of the location of the object.
To refine what Timon said, in the case of curve-based elements like beams, walls, etc - we are tracking the changes of the two endpoints - so that's why it shows up as a move in that case.
Hi,
I am having trouble getting the rotation_description from the compare.
I have rotated a beam 20º from the vertical position.
Then I have putted the json information in an excel and expected to see something like 20º on the rotation description, but instead I got none.
Is this functionality supposed to do something has I expected?
Would appreciate some clarification.
regards,
Ps: Thank you for this great tool!
