Add Notes and Tags to New Transactions Window

Describe the feature

Add all option in the edit transaction window to the new transaction window.

Why is this feature important?

Right now I have the ability to add notes and tags to each transaction but not while inputting it into the database. It would be better just to make the two window have the same options. This just adds more work in adding transactions and adding tags and notes to the new transactions window will avoid creating any unnecessary added steps.

@thorgin I agree this could be nice. @justinfar I'm wondering if we could have some sort of collapsible section of this form that's 100% optional and doesn't show by default or something? Or maybe some alternative?

Yeah I think this could work! I'll likely revisit the transaction creation flow at some point soon and will keep this in mind
