SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token in node modules #2338

tried removing node modules
tried cleaning the cache
tried installing again
Every time trying to run through npm or yarn i am getting this syntax error.
Sometimes it is unexpected number error, Invalid or unexpected token : and ,
