Enhancement for File Locksmith so it can detect the executable file that still running in background.

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I have podman.exe running in background. I'm trying to delete it, then get error "File still in use".
Then I use File Locksmith to check, what process this file, nothing was found.
Try it with CrystalRich.LockHunter, then the result was podman.exe is running in the background, not used by other process.

I think it's good if File Locksmith also have same capabilities.

Scenario when this would be used?

When checking executable file that run in background, running by itself not attached to other process.
