Steps to reproduce

Pressing Win+Ctrl+V causes the Windows key to "stick", requiring an additional press of the Windows key to clear.

✔️ Expected Behavior

After using shortcut, ability to use arrow keys for navigation in document without Window Snap occurring and not requiring second press of Windows key

❌ Actual Behavior

After pressing Win+Ctrl+V, using an arrow key causes Window Snap to activate, moving the window around. If one begins typing, various Windows key shortcuts begin to activate. This occurs until the Windows Key is pressed again intentionally.
