Describe the bug

When you navigate to google.com utilizing the WebView2 control and try to click the apps button it open the dialog box, but when you try to select an app with a mouse click it closes the dialog box. When your playing a video and you try to select the settings button it open's the dialog but your not able to select a change, ie: when you try to change the speed of the video and it doesn't select the new video speed. There has been multiple issues on WebView2 feedback. Utilizing the new windowsappsdk 1.4231 and webview runtme 120.0221 I believe.

Steps to reproduce the bug

Create any WinUI3 app packaged or not, and it's desktop not uwp. Add a Webview2 control and navigate to google.com and or youtube.com and try to select the google apps or on youtube select the settings button.
