Can I download a list with all the users I am following?

I have made an account in Instagram and I follow around 250 users/accounts. Can I somehow download these in a text file as a url list for later use? If yes, how? If no, can be added as a feature? Thanks in advance.

You can request your Account data from instagram.
At least thats how i did it.

Use instagram/USER/following as URL.
