[Site-Support] Telegram a good idea?

Heya,

After searching on Google I found the following issue which has already been asking for Telegram support: #2753

I want to bring this up again as a potential addition, as it's almost a year later now and a lot has happened in-between, especially artists going away more and more from DeviantArt as example or them starting their own art channels on Telegram. This also means exclusive art previews, sketches or timelapses which aren't posted anywhere else other than Telegram which could be lost forever potentially.

I'd love to have Telegram support in gallery-dl to also automate this, potentially also a condition in form of "If post has reaction from me added then download".
