Better handling of page with no <script> tags required

Steps:

1. Initialize Descript with the default options on a page without any <script> elements except for the Mobify tag

Result:
JS error is thrown with message Error: The default script container is empty

Expected:
Descript handles zero <script>s on page more gracefully
