Throw some polish on the page.
Clean and minimal design.
Flow in some copy.
Take the NPI search of the form and transform it into something like this: https://tympanus.net/Development/SearchUIEffects/index2.html
Take the submit button for the API and add a progress animation like: https://tympanus.net/Development/ProgressButtonStyles/
