[FEATURE] 'Drag & Drop' GUI Builder for Context Menu

I think a great idea for the average user would be a GUI that allows dragging and dropping items onto a visual representation of the context menu. Not exactly a reflection of my idea, but this might provide some insight into what I'm talking about.
