use CTRL+WIN+Right Click to temporarily disable NS settings and see if the dubs still exist - if they do, it's not an NS problem, it's most likely an application problem or a Windows problem
to reload NS settings use CTRL+Right Click or CTRL+Shift+Right Click

you can remove unwanted commands with

remove(find='command_title_here')

Mainly I miss the function send to..

in ...imports\modify.nss find and delete id.send_to,, save and reload the settings
