Both search terms and article content is highlighted/bolded inside the search results page

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to the https://support.allizom.org/en-US/products/relay#search
2. Click on the Profiles option from the Popular Searches.

Expected behavior
Only the searched term and it's synonyms are highlighted.

Actual behavior
We are highlighting the search term but if the article from the search results contains a string with bold styling applied, that is also displayed as bolded inside the search results page.
